Warranty does not replace the need for Home Insurance. Warranty does not get involved in contract related disputes, does not cover work that is incomplete, does not deal with the substitutions of materials or colours, or delayed occupancy.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY MY WARRANTY?

Some of the items not covered are:

  • Defects in materials, appliances, design and workmanship supplied by the Homeowner.
  • Defects resulting from improper maintenance on the part of the Homeowner.
  • Detached patios, detached garages, and driveways.
  • Well and septic systems.
  • Landscaping
